Unblending sessions are a spur-of-the-moment 15-20 minute meeting for help noticing parts and unblending, in service of bringing more Self Presence to your system. Sometimes we need an extra witness to help bring perspective and clarity to a situation. They can be booked on the same day and require a non-refundable (unless cancelled w/in 24 hours) pre-payment of $20. These meetings are not full IFS sessions. IFS Sessions are typically for individuals. I often see couples individually for 3-4 sessions, and then together. My rate is $130 per 50-60 minute session. If a lower rate is what you need, let’s talk about it. I offer one reduced-rate ($35) 5-session pack per month. All sessions are booked directly with Susan.
